STUCCO LUSTRO
Restaurations Ball Room White Palace.
Architects: Merkx+Girod Architekten Amsterdam, Klaas Cammelbeeck.
Contractor: Koek & Reinders BV Den Haag.
In the Ball Room ot the Council of State (anno 1820) we restored 22 pilars in Stucco Lustro. December 2009 we sampled and tested the colours and material. September 2010 we started the real job.
Stucco Lustro is an equally polished lime plaster with a very subtile marble effect, tradionally the basis layer for al fresco marbelling.
